Fomac Construction is seeking an experienced Design Manager with extensive knowledge in the construction sector and specifically in Shell & Core. We are looking for a design manager to work on a project in Central London.
Design Manager Duties:

-Manage design process
-Attend delivery meetings
-Coordinates with relevant people
-Understand and interpret designs/drawings

Design Manager Requirements

-Have worked as a design manager or design coordinator previously
-Worked in the build/construction industry
-Ideally worked on high rise, office, housing, student accommodation or hotels
-Prepared to work on sites across the country
-A small amount of civils experience would be beneficial but is not essential
-Able to work effectively with others
