Quality Procedure
FOMAC Construction Ltd. was established in 1996 by the current co-owners. We provide PAYE and self employed labour to clients in the Construction Industry in London and the South East. We are based in Park Royal, North West London and employ 8 people at our offices and 100 operatives at our client’s sites.
FOMAC Construction Ltd. Directors are committed to ensuring that we continue to provide a quality service to our customers. Our customers are very important to us not only as a source of future business but also for the strong relationships we have cemented with them over the years. We work in partnership with our clients striving to provide them with the service that meets or even exceeds their requirement.

FOMAC Construction Ltd. is committed to continuous improvement in all that we do and to enable us to measure and improve our performance our Directors have resourced and implemented a Quality Management System which adheres to the ISO 9001:2008 International Standard.
We have established quality objectives in line with our commitment to continuous improvement and high level of customer service and these are reviewed by the senior management team on a planned basis.
We have implemented key operational procedures which are documented in a Quality Manual and communicated to our employees.
Our aim is to provide a service which adheres to the Data Protection Act and is conducted in a respectful and professional manner complying with regulation and legislation. Our bespoke IT system ensures the privacy and security of data for both our candidates and clients.
Though our Directors have ultimate responsibility for Quality, all our employees, whether they are office or site based, have a responsibility within their own area of work to ensure that the expectations of our customers are met, and to work with our Directors to embed Quality into the company.
CSCS Card
Within the construction industry there is a massive drive towards improving health and safety and reducing the occurrence of accidents on construction sites in the UK. This is being headed by the Main Contractors Group, which is made up of the countries top construction companies. These companies account for over half the work earned out in the British construction industry.
CSCS is firmly linked to government plans to drive the cowboys out of the industry. It raises the standard of workmanship and health and safety and provides a way of identifying competent workers.
CSCS aims to register every competent construction operative within the UK not currently on a skills registration scheme. Operatives will get an individual registration card (similar to a credit card), which lasts for three or five years. The CSCS card also provides evidence that the holder has undergone health and safety awareness training or testing. The time is coming when you might not be able to get a Job without a CSCS card.
