Trainee Recruitment Consultant | Construction – Trades & Labour – Park Royal Office
Due to the rapid expansion of successful Construction Trades and Labour and Professional Teams we are currently looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join us at our Park Royal office
- £18,000 + fantastic uncapped commission + benefits package
- Basic will increase to £22,000 + upon successful completion of your training programme
At FOMAC our recruitment consultants are specialists within the construction industry, either with a construction or engineering background. This means all our consultants are able to have an in depth understanding of your requirements. We know that ensuring you have the right operative on site is important to you, so FOMAC ensures that all staff is rigorously checked before they enter your site. All employees are vetted by our in house team, including reference checks and a phone interview, helping to ensure that when you request a FOMAC worker, you know they are the standard you expect.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will join our team with an excellent opportunity to expand and build upon pre-existing candidate and client relationships as the specialist recruiter for Construction professionals within the Midlands.

We are seeking individuals who have a relentless desire to become highly successful Recruitment Consultants, who are seeking a sales / consultancy focused career backed by a strong drive, determination and hunger to go that extra mile for their clients.
As the successful individual, you must be able to demonstrate:

- Previous sales experience in any sector is preferred

Combining content rich workshops with an on-going implementation plan, you will see, hear and feel your development escalate during your first three months and beyond.
